Seasons
High season: Spanish bank holiday weekends, Easter week, Christmas (25/12 – 7/01) July and August.
Low season: Rest of the year.
Occupancy rate
Two nights minimum, except in high season when the minimum occupancy rate will be:
- July and August: 7 nights
- Bank holidays weekends: According to the length
- Easter week: 4 nights
- Christmas and New Year: 4 days
